FEARLESS CINEMATIC
STORYTELLING FOR
EVERYDAY BUSINESS OWNERS.

Brucher is a fearlessly independent business and storytelling consulting firm. We bring business thinking and cinematic storytelling together to help everyday business owners build something that lasts.

Based in Leawood, Kansas, I serve the Kansas City metro as a filmmaker, director, director of photography, and content and business consultant. I help small and midsize businesses turn their stories into cinematic films and purposeful content.

I absolutely love seeing everyday people do what they love. Whether you run a small business or a growing, midsize company, I want to tell stories that help you keep doing it.

I’ve filmed inside tornadoes, on farms, and alongside legendary athletes and rock stars. My work has taken me to CNN Films, Disney, Marvel Entertainment, Meta, national nonprofits, and more. But I always come back to the people building something of their own.

I come from humble beginnings. My purpose is to use my gift for storytelling and filmmaking to bring your story to life with the cinematic look and feel of a Netflix film — and the heart of someone who cares about what you do.

I’m Stephen Brucher. California roots, a love for Kansas, and a home in Leawood with my two little kiddos, Marvel and Dash. This is where I’m building my life, and I’d love to help you tell the story of yours.
